介绍醇胺法脱碳的基本原理,对比分析不同醇胺溶剂的优缺点。分别介绍高压和低压条件的流程、运行参数和节能措施等。提出根据原料气的压力、温度、组分以及脱除要求来确定脱碳流程的观点。
The paper describes the basic principle of carbon dioxide removal technique with alkanolamine solution and the function of different alkanolamine solutions. The process flow, operating parameters and energy saving measures under both high and low pressure are explained herein respectively. The selection of carbon dioxide removal techniques depends on the pressure, temperature and composition of raw gas as well as the required removal value.
