摘要
本文基于近年来国内外电子商务领域中用户偏好研究现状,探讨偏好的由来、表示与获取并对常用研究方法作梳理式综述研究,根据现有研究提出今后可以结合大数据领域的分析技术,运用调研和实验等方法更多关注用户隐性行为偏好,以优化电子商务领域中的实时个性化推荐应用。
This paper is based on the literature field of e-commerce’user preferences home and abroad in recent years,making a review research towards the relevant concepts of user preferences and acquisition,expression,model,learning and evaluation of preference. In this way,we can find out the scholars’ existing research field and hot spots, then put forward the next specific research direction,using questionnaire investigation and experimental methods to explore the users ’ explicit and implicit preference to improve the personalized recommendation in the field of e-commerce.
