摘要
职业院校教师到企业实践是当前我国职业教育改革的重要内容。对北京财经类职业院校教师的问卷调查发现,当前大多数教师对到企业实践持肯定态度,但还存在企业实践制度不健全、学校在企业实践中发挥作用不强、教师实际参与企业实践力度不够、实践方式和教师期望错位等突出问题。除了国家和地方政府在宏观层面制定和完善相关的企业实践保障制度之外,职业院校也亟需根据人才培养和专业发展需要紧密联系行业企业,制定教师企业实践规划,提升教师专业能力和水平。
Sending vocational school teachers to enterprises for practicing is a significant part of on-going vocational education reform in China. By making a questionnaire survey to teachers from the vocational colleges of finance and commerce in Beijing, it is found that the majority of teachers holds positive attitude toward going to enterprises for practicing. However, there exist some barriers which are hindering them from the practice, such as the defective practicing systems, the weak role of school in the practicing, the weak practicing competency of teachers, and the malposition between practicing ways and teacher’s expectation. In addition to making and improving the guarantee systems for teacher’s practicing in enterprise by the central and local governments, the vocational schools ought to strengthen the connection with enterprises and make detailed teacher practicing plan according to the demands of personnel training and subjects development in order to further enhance teachers’ professional abilities.
