摘要
目的 探讨球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术在老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折中的应用情况.方法 抽取2011年11月至2013年12月驻马店市159医院治疗的老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者38例作为研究对象,入院后均行球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗,观察其疼痛程度和椎体高度的变化情况.结果 术前无痛和轻度疼痛的发生率较术后低,中度疼痛和重度疼痛的发生率较术后高,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.术后骨折椎体前缘丢失高度、骨折椎体中部丢失高度、Cobb角分别为（4.27±1.43） mm、（3.25±0.99） mm、（9.16±2.26）°,均较术前低,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.随访半年,本研究38例患者均未出现骨水泥渗漏、椎管狭窄、呼吸异常等并发症.结论 采用球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者,不仅能够降低其疼痛程度,还能够改善其椎体受损症状,值得推广应用.
Objective To investigate the application of balloon kyphoplasty in osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture paitients.Methods Thirty-eight patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were selected as the research objects from 2011 November to 2013 December in our hospital.All the patients were treated with balloon kyphoplasty.The changes of pain degree and height of vertebral body were observed.Results The preoperative pain and mild pain incidence was low than postoperative,moderate pain and severe pain incidence was high than postoperative the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Postoperative fracture of anterior vertebral height loss,loss of vertebral height,Cobb angle central were（4.27 ± 1.43） mm,（3.25 ±0.99） mm,（9.16 ±2.26） ° were low,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Half a year of follow-up,bone method for making cement leakage,spinal canal stenosis,respiratory abnormalities were not occurred in this group of 38 patients.Conclusions Balloon kyphoplasty for aged osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients,not only can reduce the degree of pain,but also can improve the symptoms of vertebral injury,so it is worthy popularization and application.
