摘要
在中国科技投入不断加强的背景下,有些企业专利创造能力并未得到提升,此现象的根本原因在于企业缺乏宽松、自由的创新氛围。在前人的研究基础上提出了组织创新氛围对企业专利创造能力的影响机理模型,并进行了实证检验。研究发现:组织创新氛围对企业专利创造能力有正向影响;组织学习能力在组织创新氛围与企业专利创造能力之间起完全中介作用;企业规模正向调节组织创新氛围对企业专利创造能力的影响假设不成立。基于此,提出了相应的管理对策。
Chinese investment in science and technology is strengthened constantly, but the patent innovation has not been improved. For this phenomenon, the fundamental reason is that companies are lack of relaxed, free and innovative atmos- phere. So, in order to explore this question further, the author constructs the influencing factors model of the three variables and verifies it with the survey data by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) . The study has achieved the following results: First, the organization innovation climate has positive effect on enterprise patent creating ability. Second, the or- ganizational learning ability has a mediating role between the organization innovation climate and enterprise patent creating ability. Finally, the enterprise scale has no positive moderating effect on enterprise patent innovation and application abili- ty. At last, we put forward the corresponding management measures.
