摘要
乌梅丸为厥阴主方,其所治疾病较为广泛,不限于伤寒,温病和内伤杂病如殃及厥阴,出现厥阴主证均可用之。功效辛甘助阳、酸苦坚阴、温清并补、调理寒热。而妇人天癸既行,皆从厥阴论之也,该方治疗妇科疾病颇获良效。
As the main prescription of Jueyin disease, Black Plum Pill is widely used in many diseases, not limited to cold febril disease. When epidemic febrile disease or internal miscellaneous disease brings disaster to Jueyin and results in primary symptom, it also can be used. Its efficacy focuses on pungent and sweet enhancing Yang, sour and bitter stronging Yin, com- plementing warm and clearing, regulating cold and heat. Women＇s diseases can be treated from Jueyin when Tiangui is working, thus the Black Plum Pill has a good effect in the treatment of gynopathy.
