摘要
目的:探讨临床药师在双肺间质性肺炎治疗中诱发双手震颤老年患者药物治疗中的作用。方法:以1例临床病例为切入点,分析临床药师在双肺间质性肺炎治疗方案中的药学监护点,从改善通气和给予糖皮质激素、抗感染、抗凝、降压监护、心率监测等方面提出建议。结果:通过实施药学监护,临床药师及时发现并解决了患者服用复方甲氧那明胶囊导致的双手震颤等不良反应,患者症状逐渐好转直至出院。结论:临床药师应对老年患者实施重点监护,排查用药安全隐患,避免严重不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of elderly patient with hand tremor in- duced by double lung interstitial pneumonia. METHODS ： With one clinical case, the pharmaceutical care points of clinical pharma- cists participating in the treatment of double lung interstitial pneumonia were analyzed and suggestions were presented in aspects of improving ventilation, giving glucocorticoids, antibiotics, anticoagulants, antihypertensive care and monitoring heart rate, etc. RE- SULTS： According to the pharmaceutical care, clinical pharmacists could timely find and solve the adverse reactions, such as the hands tremor of patients induced by Compound methoxyphenamine capsules. The symptoms were gradually improved and patients were discharged. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacist should do well intensive care for elderly patients, troubleshoot the potential danger and avoid the incidence of serious adverse reactions.
