摘要
目的分析小儿腹泻的生理特点,探讨采用推拿联合中药敷脐治疗小儿腹泻的效果,为临床治疗小儿腹泻提供一定的参考。方法选取128例腹泻患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组均为64例。2组均给予常规的方法进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用推拿和中药敷脐,均连续治疗1个疗程,比较2组的临床效果、主要生理指标变化及安全性等。结果经治疗后,对照组总有效率为76.6%,治疗组为95.3%,治疗组总有效率较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组退热时间、大便复常时间及出院时间分别为(2.54±0.88)d、(3.68±1.12)d、(4.38±1.46)d,对照组分别为(4.32±1.29)d、(6.39±2.26)d、(7.65±2.31)d,治疗组较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均未出现其它严重的不良反应。结论采用推拿联合中药敷脐用于治疗小儿腹泻,可显著缩短患者主要生理指标的复常时间,提高临床治疗的效果,具有安全、有效、可靠等突出优点,有较大的临床借鉴意义。
Objective To analyze the physiological characteristics of infantile diarrhea, evaluate the therapy efficacy of medical massage combined with umbilical sticking therapy with tradition Chinese herbal medicine on infantile diarrhea, and provide a reference for the clinical treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 128 cases of infantile diarrhea were se- lected and divided into control group and treatment group with 64 cases in each group. The conventional treatment methods were performed in both groups, while the treatment group received additional medical massage and umbilical sticking ther- apy with tradition Chinese herbal medicine. After one course,the clinical effects,main physiological changes and security were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate was 76.6% in the control group, and 95.3 % in the treatment group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ） between the two groups;the time for abatement of fever, time for the normalization of stool and duration in hospital in the treatment group were （2.54 ± 0.88 ） days, （3.68 ± 1.12） days and（4.38 ± 1.46） days,and （4.32 ± 1.29） days, （6.39 ± 2.26） days and（7.65 ± 2.31 ） days in the control group, respectively, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no serious adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion The medical massage combined with umbilical sticking therapy with tradition Chinese herbal medicine for infantile diarrhea is safe, effective and reliable, it can significantly shorten the recovery time of the main physiological indicators, improve the clinical effects.
