摘要
目的探讨心理疏导联合团体康复治疗在乳腺癌康复期中的作用,为乳腺癌康复期患者提供一条新的辅助治疗措施。方法选择唐山市人民医院门诊复查的处于康复期76例乳腺癌患者随机分为心理疏导组和对照组,心理疏导组在对照组的基础上给予心理疏导,同时选择(桂林医学院参与)桂林相约星期六抗癌团体康复联合心理疏导治疗的18名乳腺癌康复期患者为团体康复治疗组,心理疏导组和对照组,团体康复治疗组与中国常模作比较,组间采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定其情绪状况,治疗前后(分别)测量患者的(SAS)和(SDS),组间计量资料以(x±s)表示,并采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果团体康复治疗组治疗前后SAS、SDS比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),心理疏导治疗组治疗前后SAS、SDS比较差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后SAS、SDS比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。团体康复治疗组与中国常模的SAS、SDS比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对康复期乳腺癌患者给予有效的心理疏导并联合团体康复治疗,可明显改善患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,改善生活质量,因此有效的心理疏导和团体康复治疗对于乳腺癌患者是有益的,应该给与推广和提倡。
Objective To explore the role of psychological counseling combined with community rehabilitation in the reha- bilitation period of breast cancer, to provide a new adjuvant therapy for breast cancer patients. Methods 76 breast cancer outpatient in the rehabilitation period in Tangshan hospital were randomly divided into psychological counseling group and control group, while another 28 cases of breast cancer outpatient in the rehabilitation period from an anti-cancer groups of Guilin were selected as the community rehabilitation group. The patients in the control group received the routine manage- ment;the psychological counseling was performed in psychological counseling group based on the routine management; while the community rehabilitation group received the combination therapy with psychological counseling and community rehabilitation. The data was analyzed statistically. Results Among the three groups, the difference in ASA and SDS be- fore and after the treatment were significant in community rehabilitation group（P 〈0.01 ） and psychological counseling （P 〈 0.05 ）, but not in the control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between the community rehabili- tation group and Chinese normal model （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effective psychological counseling combined with community rehabilitation for the breast cancer patients in rehabilitation period can obviously improve the depression and anxiety of patients, prolong survival and improve the quality of life, which should be promoted in clinic.
