关节腔注射透明质酸钠联合手法松解治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎的临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 粘连性肩关节囊炎（adhesive capsulitis of shoulder）是因多种原因致肩盂肱关节囊炎性粘连、僵硬,以肩关节周围疼痛,各方向活动受限和轻度骨质疏松为其临床特点[1],病程长、痛苦大、功能恢复不全,积极治疗可以缩短病程,加速痊愈。笔者观察了关节腔注射透明质酸钠与手法松解联合治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎的疗效,结果满意,现报告如下。
