摘要
山茶属植物种类繁多,大多具有重要的经济利用和园林应用价值。分子育种技术主要包括DNA分子标记辅助育种和转基因工程技术。综述分子育种技术在山茶属植物中的应用,以茶、油茶、观赏山茶为主要研究对象,从遗传多样性分析与亲缘关系鉴定、花色、花型及叶色育种等方面入手,着重探讨分子标记辅助育种以及转基因技术的应用与发展现状,以期为山茶属植物育种提供参考。
Camellia plants include various genera, many of which have important economic and horticultural value. With the development of techniques in molecular biology, many high-efficient and reliable DNA molecular markers came forth in succession in past 20 years. In this paper, the basic principles and technical characteristics of random amplified polymorphic DNA, amplified fragment length polymorphism and microsatellites polymorphism/simple sequence repeat were summarized. The application of DNA molecular markers in conservation biology inCamellia plants, population genetics of endangered species, factors causing danger, and conservation strategies were also introduced.
