摘要
目的总结308nm准分子激光治疗成人面部节段型白癜风的疗效。方法回顾性分析27例接受308nm准分子激光治疗的成人面部节段型白癜风患者的临床资料,采用五分法(0-4分)分析面部不同分区的复色及其相关因素。结果皮损平均复色评分为2.93分。鼻区、颊区和眼区皮损复色评分高于额区和口区皮损。面部不同区域皮损复色与不同的因素相关。不良反应少且轻微。结论308nm准分子激光治疗成人面部节段型白癜风有效、安全,面部不同区域皮损疗效不同。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of adult facial segmental vitiligo .Methods Data of 27 patients treated with 308 nm excimer laser were retrospectively analyzed .The repigmentation and its associated factors in different regions of face were evaluated with a quintile grading system （grade 0-4 ） .Results The repigmentation score after treatment was 2.93 points on average .The repigmentation was better in nose ,cheek and periorbital regions than forehead and perioral regions .The factors to influence efficacy of repigmentation was different for different regions of face .Conclusion 308 nm excimer laser is effective and safe in the treatment of facial segmental vitiligo in adults .Efficacy varies with the location of the facial lesions .
