摘要
阐述了高速齿轮箱润滑油的应用特点,分析了齿轮副及轴承的润滑状态,对润滑油种类、粘度、润滑方式的选择做出了说明,通过台架试验进一步验证了润滑油选择的正确性,为润滑油的选择提供了参考依据。
The characteristics of lubricating oil for high speed gearbox are presented and the lubricating conditions of gear pairs and bearings are analyzed, while the selection of oil type, viscosity and lubricating methods is elaborated. The following bench test further verifies the proposed oil selection methods and offers references for the selection.
