摘要
复合材料天线罩在制造过程中可能产生缺陷,为检测某大型回转结构的天线罩,成功研制了一套喷水耦合超声C扫描检测系统。文中介绍了该超声C扫描检测系统的工作原理和系统设计组成,详细阐述了机械扫描装置原理及实现、喷水系统原理及实现以及扫描控制系统和C扫成像系统。文中对试样和天线罩分别进行检测,得到超声C扫描检测图像,并对检测结果进行分析。经过实际应用,该系统操作方便,运行稳定、可靠,大大提高了大型回转件超声检测的质量和效率。
Manufacturing Composite material radome may produce defects. In order to test the radome of a large rotary structure, a set of water-squirting ultrasonic C-scan test system is developed successfully. This paper introduces the working principle and system composition of the ultrasonic C-scan test system, mainly describes the principle and realization of mechanical scanning device and water squirting system, scanning con- trol system and C-scan imaging system. In this paper, the sample and the radome are tested respectively to get their C-scan images, and the test results are analyzed. After practical application, the system is easy to oper- ate, stable and reliable. The quality and efficiency of the ultrasonic test for large rotary parts are improved greatly.
