摘要
结合建筑物构件的燃烧性能和耐火极限(h)规格,分析了目前现代城市高层建筑防火设计的现状,提出了建筑空间布置利于安全疏散,建筑材料的选择,民用高层建筑结构中的防火技术,建筑设计中平面布局对建筑防火的影响等建筑防火设计在民用高层建筑设计中的具体应用策略,以防止火灾发生。
Combining with the combustion performance and duration of fire resistance specification of architectural components, the paper analy- zes the status of fire-resistance design in the modem urban high-rise buildings, points out the architectural space allocation is favorable for the safety evacuation and selection of architectural materials and the application strategies for the application of the architectural fire-resistance design in civil high-rise buildings, including the influence of the fire-resistance technique in the buildings and plane allocation on buildings＇ fire-resist- ance in the architectural design, so as to prevent the fire accidents and reduce damages after the accidents.
