摘要
目的：探讨RAS抑制剂与胺碘酮联合治疗高血压合并阵发性房颤的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院在2013月7月～2014年8月期间收治68例高血压合并阵发性房颤患者的临床资料。结果经治疗，观察组患者血压控制水平优于对照组，且观察组患者左房内径小于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论RAS抑制剂与胺碘酮联合治疗高血压合并阵发性房颤的疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of RAS inhibitors in combination with amiodarone in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibril ation complicated with hypertension. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital during the period 2013 months of July to 2014 August were retrospectively the clinical data of 68 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibril ation in patients with hypertension. Results After treatment,the patients in the observation group were better than the control group,the level of blood pressure control,and the observation group patients on left atrial diameter less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of RAS inhibitors in combination with amiodarone in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibril ation complicated with hypertension significantly.
