摘要
随着影像设备硬件以及软件技术的飞速发展,CT和磁共振成像(MRI)对胃癌影像学诊断价值逐渐被重视。两者对组织的精确分辨率,对肿瘤的分期、部位、大小、性质,对周围侵犯的情况以及有无转移,对预后的估计和治疗后随访等方面已经在临床应用领域显示出了其独特的优势。该文重点就CT三期增强扫描和MRI对胃癌的扫描技术,对早期、进展期胃癌诊断、术前分期以及目前的不足等研究热点进行综述,以期对临床的诊断和治疗做出更准确的辅助指导。
In recent years,with the rapid development of technology of software and hardware,the CT and MRI＇s diagnosis value of gastric cancer is increasing and it has drawn more attention to gradually .In clini-cal,both of them have shown their unique advantages in the aspect of exact resolution for the tissue ,especially for tumor＇s stage,location,size,nature,the invasion of the surrounding tissues,metastasis, prognosis and fol-low-up after treatment,etc.Here is to make a review of triple-phase contrast-enhanced CT and MRI scanning technology for gastric cancer, from the aspects of diagnosis of early and advanced gastric cancer ,preoperative staging,current shortage and other research hotspots,in order to make a more accurate guidance to the clini-cal diagnosis and treatment.
