摘要
目的：探讨奥扎格雷治疗脑血栓形成的临床疗效，并对其进行深入评价。方法选取我院于2012年4月-2014年5月收治的54例脑血栓患者，按照患者住院时间的先后将其分成实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规方法进行治疗，实验组使用奥扎格雷用药治疗，采用统计分析软件对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价。结果实验组的总有效率为92.6%，明显高于对照组的81.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过研究发现，奥扎格雷治疗脑梗死的临床效果明显。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect of ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis, and carries on the thorough evaluation. MethodsFrom April 2012 to May 2014 at the records of 54 patients with cerebral thrombosis may, in accordance with their hospital stay has to be divided into the experimental group and control group, control group using conventional methods for treatment, the experimental group used the gray drug treatment, using statistical analysis software to evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results Experimental group total effective rate was 92.6%, signiifcantly higher than the control group 81.5%, clear difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through the study found that the obvious effects of ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
