摘要
现代医疗过程中,不仅对药物的有效性和安全性有较高的要求,药物应用的经济性也越来越受到重视。在进行药物经济学分析的过程中,要对药物的费用、治疗时间以及药物的效果进行综合的分析,确定最佳的给药方案。伊曲康唑、特比萘芬、氟康唑等都是临床上常见的抗真菌感染药物,且均有口服吸收效果好,生物利用度高,治疗效果好的优点。按照药物经济学的原理,分别对三种不同抗真菌药物的治疗成本与效果的比进行计算比较,从而获得疗效与安全性俱佳且成本合理的治疗方案,是研究的最终目的。

In the process of druge conomics analysis, to the costs of drugs, treatment time and the effects of drugs of comprehensive analysis, to determine the optimal dosing regimen. Itraconazole, terbinaifne, lfuconazole is a common clinical anti fungal drugs, and has good effect of oral absorption, high bioavailability,good treatment effect and the like. According to the principle of pharmacoeconomics, each of the three treatment cost and effectiveness of different antifungal drugs than to calculate and compare, the treatment to obtain curative effect and high security and the cost is reasonable, is the ultimate goal of the study.
