摘要
人口红利是推动中国制造业发展的重要因素,但随着我国人口老龄化的趋势不断发展,劳动年龄人口减少、劳动参与率下降和用工成本的不断增长,我国制造业正面临着内外交困的局面。因此,制造业必须在顺应人口老龄化的趋势下,积极进行技术研发、结构升级和产品更新,才能不断推进经济增长和社会进步。
The demographic dividend is an important factor to promote the development of China＇s manufac- turing industry but with the trend of aging of the population in China, China＇s manufacturing industry is facing a difficult situation ,such as the decreases in the working age population, the drop in labor force participation ,and the growing labor cost. Therefore, respect to an aging population in the future, Manufacturing industry must ac- tively carry out technology research, and then to promote economic growth and social progress.
