摘要
现代石油化工装置大修实施阶级是一项复杂的过程管理,用传统的方法统计人员、机具数量及任务完成情况,从而实行资源有效的调配,实现施工作业过程的管理,已不适用,必须要有高效的辅助手段。微软公司发布Project 2007软件功能强大、实用性、操作性都能满足此方面的要求。本文通过具体案例的分析,探讨利用Project 2007软件在大修实施过程中如何进行人员、机具及任务完成的统计。
The aoverhaul implementation phase of modem petrochemical plant is a complicated process management. Our traditional methods of personnel control, machines and tools calculation and target performance monitoring are not applicable anymore in realizing the effective deploy of resources and overall management of the operation process, more effective supplementary instrument is needed. The Microsoft software Project 2007, which was powerful in practicability and operability, was recommended. By real cases analyzing, the importance and utility of Project 2007 in petrochemical plant overhaul process management in personnel control, machines and tools calculation and target performance monitoring were discussed.
