摘要
介绍了液态模锻的成形特点、研究方法和国内外的发展状况,通过铝合金和铝基复合材料液态模锻成形零部件实例阐述液态模锻成形工艺的优点,简要介绍半固态-塑性变形一体化模锻的技术。指出液态模锻轻量化材料成形技术和液态模锻成形与材料匹配性技术研究是今后研究的重点。
The forming characteristics, research methods and development status of liquid die forging were described, and the forming merit of liquid die forging was illustrated. The focuses of future research are liquid forging forming technology of the lightweight material and the matching technology between liquid die forging and the materials.
