摘要
针对汽车叉架零件的结构、尺寸和工艺特点,根据铝合金压铸模具浇注系统设计的原则,制订了压铸生产工艺,并对其浇注和排溢系统进行分析研究,设计出的浇注系统和排溢系统符合要求。
According to the structure, size and process features of fork parts and the design principle of the gating system for aluminum alloy die-casting die, its die-casting process was formulated and its gating and exhausting system was analysed. The designed gating and exhausting system can meet the requirement in production.
