摘要
目的:探讨PDCA环管理法实施前后乳癌患者赫赛汀靶向给药缺陷发生的安全管理效果。方法:回顾总结2013年度我科实施PDCA环管理方法后赫赛汀给药缺陷发生情况,与未实施此管理方法前2012年度对比分析。结果:实施PDCA管理方法后护理人员对赫赛汀安全给药意识提高,给药缺陷发生率降低。结论:实施PDCA环管理有助于降低乳癌患者赫赛汀靶向给药缺陷的发生率,持续改进赫赛汀输液管理质量,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective：On patients with breast cancer before and after the PDCA loop management herceptin safety management effect of the changes in targe-ted drug delivery defects,to seek effective management methods,prevention drug defects,improve patient satisfaction. Methods：Review after I branch imple-ment PDCA loop management method in 2013 drug herceptin for defect occurrence,and compared with before implementation of this management method in 2012. Results：The PDCA management method after paramedics to herceptin safety awareness,to reduce the incidence of defects,basic put an end to happen the dosing defects. Conclusion：The PDCA loop management helps to reduce breast cancer herceptin targeted drug delivery the incidence of defects,continue improve the quality of herceptin transfusion management,improve the patient′s satisfaction.
