摘要
目的:观察中药健脾止动汤治疗多发性抽动症(TS)的临床疗效,探讨其对患儿血清神经递质含量的影响。方法:选择80例TS患儿作为治疗组,予以健脾止动汤治疗12周,观察治疗前后耶鲁综合抽动严重量表(YGTSS)积分的变化及其临床疗效;选择60例健康体检儿童作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测对照组及TS治疗组患儿治疗前后血清多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、谷氨酸(GLU)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量。结果:治疗组TS患儿治疗前血清DA、NE、GLU水平较对照组明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。应用健脾止动汤治疗12周后,治疗组患儿血清DA、NE、GLU含量降低,GABA含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);同时患儿的YGTSS评分指标运动性、发声性抽动积分及量表总积分均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),其疾病临床疗效和中医临床疗效分别为92.50%和90.00%。结论:健脾止动汤可显著降低TS患儿的YGTSS评分,其抗抽动作用可能与降低TS患儿血清DA、NE及GLU水平,升高GABA含量有关。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Zhidong decoction and its influence on certain central of tourette syndrome (TS) children. Methods: Eighty children with TS were given Jianpi Zhidong Decoction as treatment group for 12 weeks. Clinical efficacy was measured by the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) score. Sixty healthy children were chosen as control group. The serum levels of central neurotransmitters [dopamine (DA), norepinephrine (NE), glutamic acid (GLU), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)] were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Compared with the control group, the contents of DA, NE and GLU significantly increased in the treatment group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). After 12 weeks of treatment, the contents of DA, NE and GLU were significantly decreased, while GABA was obviously increased, showing statistical difference (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Furthermore, the significant before and after Jianpi Zhidong Decoction treatment differences were ascertained for motor tics, phonic tics and total scores of YGTSS from the second week of treatment (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). The clinical efficacy of the disease and traditional Chinese medicine were 92.50% and 90.00%, respectively. Conclusions: Jianpi Zhidong Decoction has a positive effect on the reduce the YGTSS scores. Jianpi Zhidong Decoction could significantly reduce the levels of DA, NE and GLU, and observably increase the contents of GABA, which may contribute to the function of anti-tic.
