摘要
目的:研究芪术鼻喷雾剂的制备工艺。方法:采用薄层色谱鉴别的方法考察白术等芳香水的提取工艺,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量、总黄酮含量为评价指标,采用正交实验法对水提取工艺进行优选。结果:确定的白术等的芳香水提取工艺为:白术等加10倍水蒸馏提取5小时,收集1.4倍处方量的芳香水。优选的水提工艺为:白术等的药渣与其余药味饮片加14倍剂量水,提取3次,每次提取0.5小时。结论:该制剂的提取工艺稳定,可行,适用于工业大生产。
Objective: To study the preparation technology of QiZhu nasal spray. Methods: Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted to investigate the extraction technology of aromatic water of BaiZhu (Rhizoma A traetylodis Macrocephalae). Taking calycosin-7-glucoside content and total flavonoids content as the evaluation index, the optimization of water extraction technology was carried out by orthogonal test. Results: Extraction technology of aromatic water of BaiZhu was determined as follows: distillation of BaiZhu with 10-fold volume of water for five hours; aromatic water which was as much as 1.4 times of prescription volume. The optimization of water extraction technology was extracting residues of BaiZhu and the rest of decoction pieces with 14-fold volume of water for three times with 0.5 hour once. Conclusion: This extraction technology which is stable and feasible can be used in industrial production widely.
