摘要
为探明南江3号烤烟不同部位烟叶适宜采收的成熟度,提高其烤后烟叶质量,采用单因素试验对南江3号烤烟下、中和上部烟叶不同采收成熟度与烤后外观质量、化学成分和评吸质量的关系进行研究。结果表明:1)南江3号下部叶最适采收成熟度以成熟2级的最好,即烟叶综合变黄程度约40%,主脉1/2变白,支脉1/3~1/2变白;其上等烟率为21.95%,均价为18.61元/kg,评吸总分达62.79分,分别较同部位其他处理高6.11~14.28百分点,0.69~1.66元/kg,0.71~2.79分,且化学成分协调性较好。2)中部叶以成熟3级的最好,即烟叶综合变黄程度约60%、主脉2/3~3/4变白、支脉2/3~3/4变白;其上等烟率为83.32%,均价为24.27元/kg,评吸总分达62.92分,分别较同部位其他处理高4.99~21.86百分点,0.22~1.45元/kg,0.2~1.14分,且化学成分协调性较佳。3)上部叶以成熟3级的最好,即烟叶综合变黄程度约80%,主脉3/4变白,支脉2/3~3/4变白;其上等烟率为46.53%、均价为18.64元/kg、评吸总分达62.5分最高,分别较同部位其他处理高0.32~14.83百分点,0~1.71元/kg,0.64~1.04分,且化学成分较协调。
The correlations between different harvest maturity of leaves with different position and appearance quality of cured tobacco,and between chemical components and smoking quality were studied by single factor test to explore suitable harvest maturity of tobacco leaves with different position for improving quality of cured tobacco leaves in Nanjiang 3.The results showed that;1)The suitable harvest maturity of bottom leaves is maturity Ⅱ (The integrated yellowing degree of tobacco leaves reaches 40%, and 1/2 main vein and 1/3~ 1/2 branch veins go white).The first-class tobacco rate,average price and smoking score are 21.95%,18.61Yuan/kg and 62.79,6.11~14.28%,0.69~1.66Yuan/kg and 0.71~2.79 higher than other treatments respectively and the harmony of chemical components is good;2)The suitable harvest maturity of middle leaves is maturity Ⅲ (The integrated yellowing degree of tobacco leaves reaches 60%,and 2/3~3/4 main vein and 2/3~3/4 branch veins go white).The first-class tobacco rate,average price and smoking score are 83.32%,24.27Yuan/kg and 62.92,4.99~21.86,0.22~1.45 Yuan/kg and 0.2~1.14 higher than other treatments separately and the harmony of chemical components is better;3)The suitable harvest maturity of upper leaves is maturity Ⅲ (The integrated yellowing degree of tobacco leaves reaches 80%,and 3/4 main vein and 2/3~3/4 branch veins go white).The first-class tobacco rate,average price and smoking score are 46.53%,18.64Yuan/kg and 62.50,0.32~14.83%,0~1.71Yuan/kg and 0.64 ~ 1.04 higher than other treatments respectively and the harmony of chemical components is good.
