摘要
采用MMSL3、APA试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验研究了RAP掺量对厂拌热再生混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:随着RAP掺量的增加,厂拌热再生混合料高温稳定性增强,疲劳寿命提高,而混合料的低温性能和水稳定性变差。结合路用性能试验结果推荐厂拌热再生混合料最大的RAP掺量选择应综合考虑我国的气候分区、相应的公路等级以及热再生混合料所发挥的层位功能。
this paper use the MMSL3,APA test,low-temperature bending test 、immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test to study the influence of RAP content on the hot recycled mixture. Results show that with the increasing of RAP content,the hot recycled mixture's high temperature stability and fatigue life enhanced,but low temperature performance and water stability reduced. Combined with the Research results,this paper recommends the greatest RAP content choice should considering our country's climate zoning,the road grade and the hot recycled mixture's layer function.
