摘要
目的:探讨品管圈在系统性红斑狼疮患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析笔者医院2012年8月-2014年8月收治的160例系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床资料,观察组:80例,采用品管圈护理措施;对照组:80例,采用常规护理措施,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组患者的SCL-90量表各因子评分较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组患者的红斑消退时间、皮肤愈合时间以及并发症的发生率等指标分别为(10.5±2.4)d、(10.4±2.3)d、6.3%,均明显优于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动不但可以有效改善SLE患者的心理状态,而且可以有效减轻患者的症状,降低患者并发症的发生率,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the value of quality control circle in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods 160 SLE patients were included in the study, of which the observation group of 80 patients using QCC care measures,while the control group of 80 patients was treated with conventional care measures care and patient outcomes were compared. Results Before treatment, the observation group and the control group of patients with SCL-90 scale scores for each factor is roughly equal between groups and no statistically significant difference,and after care of patients in the observation group SCL-90 scale scores than the control group of patients there has been significantly improved,a statistically significant difference between the groups,but the observation group were erythema subsided time, the incidence of skin healing time and complications such indicators are significantly better than the control group patients. Conclusion QCC not only can effectively improve the mental state of patients with SLE,and can effectively reduce the symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications in patients,thereby improving the quality of life for patients,promote the prognosis of patients,it is worth clinical application.
