摘要
目的总结临床药师在肿瘤科开展药学服务的内容与体会。方法回顾典型案例,分析临床药师在肿瘤科开展药学服务的内容。结果临床药师针对肿瘤科临床各环节发挥自身药学专长,在肿瘤科开展药学服务取得初步成效。结论临床药师应在临床工作中不断总结和探索,为病人的用药安全提供有力保障。
Objective To summarize the content and experience of clinical pharmacists in developing pharmaceutical services in department of oncology. Methods The contents of pharmaceutica1 services carried out by clinical pharmacists in department of oncology were analyzed through typical cases. Results Clinica1 pharmacists played their pharmaceutical speciality in every clinical link in department of oncology and achieved initial results. Conclusion In clinical practice,apharmacist should constantly sum up and explore to ensure the powerful reliability of medication safety for patients.
