摘要
在对中等职业学校订单培养运行状况进行分析的基础上,指出订单培养在人才需求规格、班级组织等方面存在的问题,提出了从创新办学理念、企业全程参与、企业帮助学校进行"双师型"教师培训、"校企一体,订单培养"等解决方案,并重点介绍了"校企一体,订单培养"人才培养模式,并对其发展提出了新的展望。
On the basis of analyzing the operating situation of order training mode for talents in secondary vocational schools, the problems of order training in personnel requirement standards and class organization etc. are pointed one in this paper. Some solutions are proposed such as the concept of innovative school running method, enterprises participation in the whole education process, enterprises help to produce ＂dual-mode teachers＂. The training mode of ＂school-enterprise integration, order training mode＂ is mainly introduced and its prospect is also put forward.
