摘要
目的:探讨临床药师从科室轮转到专科化培养的必要性。方法:通过自身临床实践体会,结合我国临床药师现状进行阐述。结果:临床药师从科室轮转到专科化培养很有必要,尤其作为经验不足的临床药师可获益较多。结论:医药发展越来越细化的今天,临床药师要占有一席之地,必须学有所长,学有所专,轮转的目标是使临床药师专科化。
Objective： To explore the necessity of the specialized training of clinical pharmacists.Methods： By my own clinical practice experience combined with the status of clinical pharmacists in China, we make a short review.Results： It is necessary for clinical pharmacists to join the specialized training, especially when the clinical pharmacists are lacking some experience.Conclusion：Since the development of Chinese medicine becoming more specific today, clinical pharmacists must improve the ability of themselves tofit the work better.
