煤矿井下无人值守排水泵站自动化控制系统设计 被引量:12

摘要 针对国内煤矿井下排水系统自动化程度低、运行效率低、人力资源浪费、电力资源消耗高、可靠性差等问题,设计了一种无人值守煤矿井下排水监控系统;该系统应用S7-300PLC控制技术、组态王技术、通信技术,通过检测水位和其他参数,实现了泵站无人值守、"峰谷平"轮换调度、远程监控等功能,保证了煤矿排水系统的安全。通过生产实践证明,该系统设计合理、运行安全可靠、故障率低、节电效果明显。 Aiming at so many problems of coal mine drainage systems in China, such as the low automation, low operation efficiency, waste of human resources, high consumption of power and poor reliability, the unattended system of coal mine drainage is designed. S7-300 PLC control technology, Kingview technology and communication technology were applied to the system. By detecting the water levels and other parameters the pump station was unattended, “Peak, Valley and Flat time” was implemented, the rotation scheduling, remote monitoring and other functions were realized, improving the safety of the coal mine drainage system. The practice has proved that the system is reasonable in design, the operation is safe and reliable, failure rate is low and the power-saving effect is obvious.
