手法复位联合倍他司汀治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床研究被引量：10

摘要良性阵发性位置性眩晕（benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV）是由于半规管脱落的耳石在头位改变时移动内淋巴激活了毛细胞的受体而引起的短暂性眩晕和眼震。本病发病率高,发病时患者眩晕症状明显,快速有效地改善患者的症状对提高患者生活质量有积极意义。本文旨在探讨对BPPV治疗的更佳方案,为临床治疗提供依据。
