摘要离心泵是化工厂化学产品回收车间重要的运转设备,作为生产主要动力,大多数离心泵都需要夜以继日的工作,在电能消耗和基本配件的损耗上相当严重,不利于离心泵长期使用,降低可持续利用率。以减少运行能耗问题、为企业带来更多效益为目的,针对离心泵在运行过程中存在出口压力过大、能耗高的问题,本文介绍离心泵的基本工作原理和典型特点,明确离心泵正确的使用方法,并对能耗问题提出技术改造对策。
