摘要
本工作采用制备复合醇盐的方法合成PLZT陶瓷镀膜前驱溶液,并对这一工艺过程中的影响因素和复合有机溶剂进行了分析。所制备的镀膜溶液均匀、透明、纯度高,具有持久和耐水的性能。该溶液的合成为制备优质的具有铁电压电及电光性能的薄膜材料做了前期工作。
By preparing complex alkoxide, we synthesized precursor coating solution used for PLZT ceramic thin films. We also analysed the compound organic solvent and other irfluencing factors in this technological pro- cess. This precursor coating solution was very pure, transparent and well-distributed. It had advantages of stability and water-tolerance. The synthesis of precursor coating solution was the preparatory step on the formation of high quality ferroelectric, piezoelectric and electrooptic thin-film materials.
