摘要
La B6是一种优异的热电子阴极材料,高纯度高致密度多晶体是制备单晶体的关键原材料,而大尺寸单晶体是目前研究热点。采用B4C还原法制备La B6粉末,并经化学提纯处理,得到99.7%的高纯La B6粉末;采用分步加压工艺真空热压制备高致密度La B6多晶体。Φ50 mm多晶体相对致密度达到90%以上,Φ30 mm多晶体相对致密度达到95%以上,比传统热压工艺产品致密度高,能源节约10%以上。
The currently central issue of La B6,as an excellent thermionic cathode material,was large-size single crystal which was key raw material with high-purity and high-density polycrystalline. La B6 powders were produced by B4 C reduction and chemical purified,and the purity was 99. 9%. The high density La B6 polycrystalline was manufactured by vacuum hot pressing step by step. Its relative density was more than 90% of Φ50 mm and 95% ofΦ30 mm,which was higher than traditional method,and could save more than 10% energy.
