摘要
对2种超细铁精矿粉的烧结性能(包括理化、制粒、成矿性能等)进行了详细的研究,结果表明:超细赤铁矿粉由于其固有属性,使毛细水含量高,成球速度快,易成大球,水分对制粒的影响较大;制粒球强度差,干燥脱粉率高,液相生成区间宽,会对烧结料层的透气性产生影响;粒度细使制粒球较致密且易成大球的特性,影响到烧结过程中与CaO的矿化反应,使烧结生成铁酸钙的量减少,以至影响到烧结矿的强度和成品率的提高。
The sinter properties including properties of physics, chemistry, granulation and mineralization of two kinds of ultra fine iron ore concentrates were investigated. The results indicate that superfine hematite ore has high capillary moisture and high granulation speed to form big balls easily. The moisture of fine ore influences granula- ting a lot. The balls of superfine hematite ore have low physical strength, high ratio of drying fine dust and wide zone for liquid phase formation, which affects the permeability of sinter material layer. Small particles enhance the density of raw mixture balls to form big balls easily and influence the mineralizing reaction with CaO during sinter process, which decreases the formation of calcium ferrite during sinter and consequently prevents the improve- ments of physical strength of sinter and sinter yield.
