摘要
目的介绍苏州市移动医疗APP在妇幼健康管理中的应用,探讨妇幼卫生信息化建设的新思路、新模式和妇幼健康管理的创新应用。方法应用智能手机、计算机、互联网技术,建设基于妇幼卫生信息平台的移动终端APP,为服务对象提供预约医疗服务推送体检信息、关爱提醒、健康监测和健康教育等服务,为医护人员提供便捷的医护沟通、医患沟通渠道、信息查询与回顾。结论移动医疗APP在妇幼健康领域的应用,架起了医患沟通的桥梁,重塑了服务流程,提升了服务质量,改善了行业形象。
Objective Introduce the application of mobile health APP in maternal and child health management in Suzhou, explore the new conception and pattern in maternal and child health information construction and innovative application in maternal and child health management.Methods Provide bespoke medical services through push services, remainders, health monitoring and health education to clients based on mobile terminal APP which is composed of smart phone, computer, Internet technology, and maternal and child health information platform. This provides convenient channels for health care workers to conduct doctor-patient communication, inquiry and review.Conclusions The application of mobile health APP in maternal and child health provided convenient communication between doctors and clients, remodeled health service process, improved service quality, and also improved the medical image.
