摘要
文章从教育产品的属性出发,发现义务教育和非义务教育阶段的教育产品属性有所不同,因而其资源配置的方式也不完全一致。进而剖析了美英德法日五个发达国家在义务教育阶段和非义务教育阶段特别是高等教育阶段的教育资源配置方式,总结了其教育资源配置的经验。在借鉴国外经验的基础上,提出了对我国教育资源配置的有益建议。
This paper starts from the properties of educational products. It is found that compulso-ry education and non-compulsory education have different properties and thus their resources allocation modes should not be the same. Then the resources allocation modes at the stage of compulsory educa-tion and non-compulsory education, especially at the higher education stage in the developed countries such as the U.S.A.,UK, Germany,France and Japan,are analyzed. Experience in resources allocation is summarized. By taking reference of the experience of the foreign countries,beneficial suggestions are proposed to improve the modes of educational resources allocation in China.
