摘要
在大学社会职能的历史演变进程中出现由教学和科研的矛盾引发的"重科研、轻教学",以及过于强调"社会服务而淡化教学、科研"的"市场化""功利化"倾向等异化现象。因此,在大学职能演变的过程中,要始终追求各项职能间的相互协调和互利共进,坚持大学要为社会培养高级专门人才的本质属性,将各项职能统一在引领和推动社会发展的目标指向上,根据自身条件和可能、特长和优势,严格防范和控制大学职能的异化,真正为社会的发展作出应有的贡献。
With the development of higher education, there exist some problems ： overstress research,look down upon the teaching, trend of marketization and utilitarian. The different functions should interact each other, and make progress together, insist the target of training high level special talents, aim at the guiding and pushing social develop- ment, seriously prevent and control the universities＇ foreignization, make contribution to society＇ development.
