摘要
区域经济社会运行方式的转变、政府与大学的互动发展以及地方综合性大学自身内涵发展要求使得地方综合性大学的转型变革成为必然。顺应创新型国家发展的时代要求、区域经济社会发展的客观需求以及自身发展的内在追求,临沂大学提出了创建"国内知名、区域特色鲜明的创新创业型大学"的办学定位。为此,要凝练办学核心理念,审视培养目标,重构跨学科复合型人才培养模式,加强科研与社会服务,营造独具特色的大学创业文化,创新管理体制和运行机制,实现向创新创业型大学的成功转型。
With the change of operating mode in regional economy and society, the interactive development between government and university and the connotative development of local university, the transformation and reform of local university occurs. Based on the demand of the time to construct an innovative country, the objective demand of regional economy and society development and the inner pursuit of local development, Linyi University puts forward its school-running orientation--well-known domestic, innovative and entrepreneurial university with distinctive region features. To transform successfully to an innovative and entrepreneurial university, the following measures have to be taken： to refine core ideas in school-running; to review training goal; to reconstruct interdisciplinary talents training mode; to strengthen the scientific and social service; to create a unique entrepreneurial university culture; to innovate management system and operating mechanism.
