摘要
结合陕化集团磷酸铵(包括磷酸一铵和磷酸二铵)和硫酸铵的生产实际,分析了将自产的半成品硫酸铵溶液和粉状硫酸铵成品用作磷酸铵生产过程中矿浆流动性改良剂、磷石膏结晶改良剂、产品质量改良剂、增产降耗改良剂等的可行性,简要介绍试验、实践和应用情况,并评价其使用效果。
Based on actual operation of the ammonium phosphates( MAP and DAP) and ammonium sulfate plants of Shanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group,the feasibility is analyzed that own semi-finished product ammonium sulfate solution and finished product ammonium sulfate are used for the modifier for phosphate rock slurry,modifier for gypsum crystallization,modifier for product quality,and modifier for production increase and consumption reduction during the production of ammonium phosphate. The experiment,practice and application are briefly introduced,and an assessment of the application effect is provided.
