摘要
自1999年博洛尼亚会议召开以来,博洛尼亚进程已走过了15年的发展历程。在博洛尼亚进程的推动下,欧洲高等教育区建设取得了较大进展,这一成功经验引起了国内外学者的广泛关注和深入探讨,涌现出了一大批研究成果,内容涉及博洛尼亚进程中欧洲高等教育区建设的背景、发展历程、相关政策、实施内容以及各签约国的改革实践。梳理、归纳和评析相关研究成果,对推动我国高等教育现代化、国际化发展,探索中国特色高等教育区域化发展方向,促进高等教育内涵式发展,具有重要的意义。
Since the Bologna Conference in 1999, the Bologna process has gone through 15 years. Driven by this process, the construction of the European Higher Education Zone has made great progress. This successful experience has attracted at- tention of scholars either in China or in other countries, hence a lot of research fruits have emerged, The research of the process includes the Zone＇s construction background, development, relevant policies, implementation and the reform practice of the countries involved. It is of great significance to sort out, generalize and analyze the relevant research fruits for promoting the modernization and internationalization of our higher education, probing its regionalized development with Chinese character- istics, and quicken its connotative develonment.
