摘要
蟾酥是我国重要的传统药材,临床应用广泛且疗效显著,尤其在麻醉止痛、强心、抗肿瘤方面疗效极佳。近年来,随着我国对中西医结合临床和基础研究的重视和加强,应用现代先进科学技术对蟾酥及其活性成分、制剂类型、药理作用、临床应用和不良反应等进行了广泛研究,取得了较大进展,本文对此作一概述。
The Venenum Bufonis, an important Chinese traditional natural medicine, has been widely used in clinical treatment with significant effects, especially in the aspects of narcotic analgesic, cardiac and antitumor therapy. In recent years, the Chinese investigators have attached great importance to the clinical and basic research of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The great progress has been achieved in the reserch of Venenum Bufonis using modem advanced science and technology with respects to its active ingredient, preparation, pharmacological action, clinical application and adverse reaction. This paper reviewes the progress of the Venenum Bufonis.
