冠心病合并代谢综合征患者C5L2 mRNA表达与人体测量学指标及C反应蛋白的相关性分析

Correlation of C5L2 mRNA expression with anthropometric data and CRP in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with metabolism syndrome

摘要 目的探讨冠心病合并代谢综合征患者C5L2mRNA表达与人体测量学指标及C反应蛋白的相关性。方法随机选取门诊体检及住院受试者162例,分为正常对照组(42例)、冠心病组(CHD组,38例)、代谢综合征组(MS组,42例)、冠心病合并代谢综合征组(CHD合并MS组,40例)4组。测量受试者身高、体质量、腰围及臀围等人体学指标,检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、空腹血糖(FBS)及C反应蛋白(CRP)等血生化指标,并用反转录及实时荧光定量PCR方法检测C5L2mRNA的表达。结果 4组间C5L2mRNA表达水平差异无统计学意义(F=1.024,P=0.387)。CHD合并MS组患者C5L2mRNA表达与腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)及CRP呈正相关(相关系数分别为0.578、0.564及0.650,P值分别为0.030、0.036及0.009)。正常对照组、CHD组及MS组C5L2mRNA表达水平与WC、WHR及CRP均未发现相关性(P>0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示CRP(P模型1=0.008,P模型2=0.004)、WC(P=0.027)及WHR(P=0.033)是CHD合并MS患者C5L2 mRNA表达水平的相关因素。结论 CRP、WC及WHR是CHD合并MS患者C5L2mRNA表达水平的相关因素。在CHD合并MS疾病状态下,C5L2可能参于了疾病的炎症反应及脂肪代谢过程,特别是内脏脂肪代谢。 Objective To explore the relationship of CSL2mRNA expression with anthropometric data and CRP in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with metabolism syndrome (MS). Methods Randomly selected 162 participants and divided them into four groups including normal control group, CHD group, MS group and CHD complicated with 19IS group. The information including anthropo- metric indexes and biochemical profiles and CSL2mRNA were detected to analyses. Results There was no significant difference in C5 L2 mRNA expression among four groups (F = 1.024, P = 0.387). Pearson corre- lation analysis revealed that CSL2mRNA expression positively correlated with waist circumference (WC),waist-hip ratio (WHR) and C reactive protein (CRP) in CHD complicated with MS group. The correlation coefficients were 0.578, 0.564 and 0.650, and P values were 0.030, 0.036 and 0.009, respectively. The stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that CRP (P Modell ~O.OOg, P Model2 = 0.004) , we (P = 0.027) and WHR (P =0.033) were the association factors of C5L2 in CHD complicated with MS group. Conclu- sion CRP, WC and WHR are the association factors of C5L2 in CHD complicated with MS group. C5L2 could participate in the inflammatory response and fat metabolism, especially visceral fat metabolism.
