摘要
目的w建立同时测定新止骨增生丸中麦角甾苷、柚皮苷和芒柄花素含量的方法。方法w采用HPLC法。色谱柱为KromasilwC18柱(250wmm×4.6wmm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-体积分数为0.1%的磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0wmwL·min^-1;检测波长为283wnm;柱温为35℃。结果w麦角甾苷、柚皮苷和芒柄花素的质量浓度分别在36.00-360.0wmg·L^-1、14.30-143.0wmg·L^-1和13.00-130.0wmg·L^-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999w7、0.999w9和0.999w8,平均回收率分别为98.9%、98.7%和99.1%(n=9),RSD分别为1.1%、1.9%和1.4%。结论w本方法简便、准确、重复性良好,可作为新止骨增生丸的质量控制方法之一。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of acteoside,naringin and formononetin in NewZhigu Zengsheng pill(traditional Chinese medicine).Methods The separation was developed on a Kromasil C18column(250mm × 4.6mm,5μm) by gradient elution with methanol-water(containing 0.1% phosphoric acid) as the mobile phase; flowrate was at 1.0mL·min^-1,detection wavelength was set at 283 nm and column temperature was 35 ℃.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 36.00-360.0mg ·L^-1(r = 0.999 7),14.30-143.0mg·L^-1(r = 0.999 9),13.00-130.0mg·L^-1(r = 0.999 8),for acteoside,naringin and formononetin,respectively.The average recoveries were 98.9%(RSD = 1.1%),98.7%(RSD = 1.9%) and 99.1%(RSD = 1.4%) for acteoside,naringin and formononetin,respectively.Conclusions The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of NewZhigu Zengsheng pill.
