摘要
采用丙烯酰胺(AM)-乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMS)水相共聚包裹阻燃剂的方法制备阻燃水溶胶体系,并用浸轧法对尼龙66织物进行整理。研究了AM、VTMS用量及阻燃剂配比对水溶胶体系成胶能力和阻燃性能的影响,并研究了VTMS对改性织物力学性能及耐水洗性能的影响。试验结果表明,阻燃尼龙66织物的燃烧性能明显提高,并具有较好的耐水洗性。
A new flame retardant hydrosol system is prepared by copolymerized flame retardant with acrylamide （AM） and vinyl trimethoxysilane （VTMS） in aqueous phase, and is applied to nylon 66 by pad- ding.The effects of AM concentration, VTMS concentration and the mixture ratio of flame retardant on the gelling ability and flame retardant performance are studied. The effect of VTMS concentration on me- chanical property and washability of nylon 66 is investigated.The results show that the finished nylon 66 fabric features improved flame retardant property and good washability.
