摘要
目的对跟骨关节内骨折患者使用切开复位克氏针内固定的方法进行研究分析。方法 2012至2014年我院选取了50例跟骨关节内骨折患者进行研究,对其实使用切开复位克氏针内固定治疗,对治疗效果进行观察。结果术后患者的Gissane角和Bohler角比术前优秀。进行3至6个月随访,患者愈合率为100%。结论跟骨关节内骨折使用切开复位克氏针内固定并植骨术可以起到较好的治疗效果,患者的愈合率高,可以进行推广使用。
Objective To patients using open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation method for analysis of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods From 2012 to 2014 in our hospital were selected for study of 50 patients with intra-articular fracture of calcaneus, to actually use the open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation for the treatment of the therapeutic effect was observed. Results The patients with postoperative Gissane angle and Bohler angle than the preoperative best. 3 to 6 months of follow-up, patients in the healing rate was 100%. Conclusion The use of open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation and bone grafting can play a better therapeutic effect in patients with intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus, high healing rate, can promote the use of.
