摘要
目的研究分析糖尿病组患者接受不同护理干预的临床效果。方法 2012至2013年我院接收了120例糖尿病足患者,将他们按入院编号分组为对照组和观察组,均有60例,对照组使用一般护理,观察组使用综合护理干预,对两组患者提供三周的护理,对比临床护理情况。结果经过护理后,观察组的痊愈率是43.3%、好转率是48.3%、无效率是8.4%,临床总有效率91.6%,对照组的痊愈率是35%,好转率是45%,无效率是20%,总有效率是80%,结果表明,观察组患者的有效率和痊愈率比对照组优秀,该结果具有统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论根据糖尿病组患者的临床治疗来提供全面的综合性护理干预方案,可以帮助患者的病情更好的改善,有效率高,可以推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical effect analysis of different diabetic group received nursing intervention.
